Bob Irving - Retirement

Bob Irving celebrated his retirement with senior management and staff at ICE. Bob has been with ICE for 13 years and is seen pictured below receiving a gift of a wrist watch from Financial Director, Jim Dunlevy (right). ICE would like to thank Bob for his service and valued contribution to ICE, as well as wishing him all the very best in his retirement.

Successful Transition to ISO 9001:2008

Following a Third Party Audit carried out by BSI on 15th July 2009, ICE’s Quality Management System was successfully upgraded from ISO 9001:2000 to ISO 9001:2008. (Certificate No FS 62200).

Annual Golf Outing

Our annual golf outing was hailed as a great success by all who attended at Deeside Golf Club on 25th June 2009. The overall winner was Alan Robson of Talisman, pictured receiving his trophy from John Edmond (left) and Jim Dunlevy (right).

ICE appoint new General Manager

The photograph shows Jim Grimmer (centre) with John Edmond Operations Director (left) and Jim Dunlevy, Financial Director (right) outside Lomond House Headquarters.   Jim was formerly Business Development Manager of IES (Aberdeen) Ltd, sister company to ICE.

Commenting on his recent promotion Jim said, " I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at IES, where working with the management team, I have helped double the company turnover in just over two years.  I was delighted to be given this opportunity and look forward to working with my new team to ensure the service offered to our client's is unsurpassed. I will also be looking to develop new clients both onshore and offshore and I am confident that we can acheive the same results for ICE."

Joe Tanner begun his challenge for the 2009 Scottish Formula Ford Championship at Knockhill race circuit
on 26th April 2009.  Following engine problems, Joe had to really battle and did well to achieve second place in the first two rounds.
